we got back from vacation a few hours ago.
i loved every moment (well almost) of it, but i'm so glad to be home. i've missed my bed.
tuesday we left home and got to myrtle beach. the marriott resort was glorious. the beach and view from the room were even better. i'm tan now. i got a little burnt but not unbearably. i took the most glorious nap on the beach. for about 20 minutes. the perfect breeze. in the shade but nice warmth. wonderous waves to listen to.
we spent two days there. then went to charleston.
charleston has this constant SW breeze. beautiful weather and warm but not unbearably hot because of the breeze. we visited two historical houses which was just astounding. a lot of preservation effort went into it.
the next day we left for savannah. if you've never been, you should go. its so much easier to describe the experience with pictures.
but that's going to have to wait. cause i'm exhausted. i drove a lot. well not too much but i'm pretty tired now.
i'll explain more in depth when i'm not so tired.
tomorrow i have to prepare all my stuff for training on monday. about 7 hours of preparations. that's what THEY estimated. knowing me, it'll be at least 10. ew.

p.s. btw, tim... we miss you, but not TOO much because you were there. we have proof.
p.p.s. i ate so much seafood on this trip that my stomach feels uneasy at the thought of more seafood. please, no mentions of that topic.
