you know what's surprising? its actually not THAT hot in georgia (crap... its going to get hot now that i've said that, huh?)
my mom, sister, and i had a really large brunch at rise n dine. i tried a pirogi for the first time. yummm.
but still... its essentially potatoes inside flour-y/dumpling like thing with lots of sour cream on top.
oh, and if you've never had the sweet potato pancakes there, you need to drop everything right now and go get some. yummmmmm.
so anyways... after our starchy heavy breakfast, my sister and mother decided that we had to exercise it off.
i don't like exercising outside of dance. seriously.
cindy and i power walked 3 miles. the first two miles, my mom joined us... really it was me power walking and cindy staying behind to accompany my mom. (i figured out i walk faster than i jog. bummer. but then again, i power walk pretty fast.)
i've never slept so well in my life. i woke up this morning... in a lot of pain.
oooh and i get to start training for kaplan on monday. according to rachel (white), it's not fun at all, but i'm excited to get started. i'll start teaching in mid- to late july.
and i got a haircut. it's currently right above my shoulders. expectedly, it is now a big poofball again.... but manageable after straight ironing it. i'll post a picture later.
going to philly in a few weeks (2nd week of july) to help cindy move in. (mark it on your calendars, philly people.) and probably taking a vacay next week. we were thinking maybe costa rica but decided it was too mean to go without tim. i'll keep you posted.
